My practice
In my artwork, I like to portray different visuals in conjunction with each other, whether by using opposing subject matter or medium altogether. I use this practice as a tool to reveal greater meaning than a single visual would have on its own, often with juxtaposition to stimulate deeper thought. For this reason, I gravitate towards collaging, not only in my physical work, but also in the video and interactive artwork. This visual merging of ideas carries over into my love of collaboration, where I look for possibilities for a conceptual vision to come together through the different perspectives of those involved.
